Information Release

Students may, at their discretion, grant Corpus Christi College permission to release information to a third party by submitting a completed Student Information Release Form to the Registrar's Office.

If parents would like to speak with staff or faculty about their child, a completed Student Information Release form must be on file. Signed originals can be submitted to the Registrar's Office.
