RELG 230 - Protestant History and Thought

This course will help people of all ages develop a broad perspective on their faith and give them an understanding of both history and theology. The issues and events discussed will enable students to place the church in Canada within its contemporary context. Thoughtful Christians will find new insights into the roots of social and economic change.

This course is a collaboration between both the Carey Institute and an intergenerational group from Emmanuel Baptist Church, located in Victoria, BC, and will taught by Rev. Jeremy Bell.

Study on your schedule along with a diverse group of online learners, under the direction of an experienced instructor. This course is directly transferable to UBC*, UVic**, and other British Columbia universities.
